As we stand at the threshold of a new year, we reflect not only on the trials Tigray has endured but also on the extraordinary courage her people have shown and the unbreakable spirit that defines us. Despite

unimaginable suffering, our collective resilience has remained unshaken, our unity unbroken, and

our commitment to justice, dignity, and freedom is stronger than ever.

This New Year is more than the turning of a calendar—it is a call to rise, rebuild, and renew. Even in

the darkest hours, our unity has lit the path forward. Let us reclaim and strengthen that unity, for it is the power our enemies fear most. They seek to divide us, but together, hand in hand, we will defeat them and shame them—not with hatred, but with an unbreakable bond of solidarity, courage, and determination.

Unity does not mean uniformity of thought, nor the silence of diverse or competing ideas. True unity

thrives on differences of perspective, as long as every idea is anchored in Tigray’s cause and never aligned

with her enemies. Our paths may vary, and our strategies may differ, but they must all converge on a single purpose: overcoming Tigray’s challenges and securing her rightful future.

Let this New Year inspire us to carry our culture, our values, and our dreams across every corner of

the world—uniting Tigrayans at home and abroad in a shared vision of peace, prosperity, and self-

determination.

To our displaced families, brothers and sisters: We feel your pain, and we hear your cry. Your suffering

is etched into our hearts, and your struggle is ours. You are not forgotten, nor will you ever be abandoned.

Your resilience strengthens our resolve and compels us to act. We stand with you, we fight for you, and together we will restore your dignity, your homes, and your future.

To our people in Tigray: Hold steadfast. Your courage fuels our hope. Never give up. Never surrender.

Keep striving and believing, for no obstacle is too great to overcome. Your determination will light the path to victory.

To the brave Tigray Defense Forces, politicians, and public officials: Your sense of duty and the honor

of your sacrifices are eternal sources of inspiration. They shine brightly in our hearts and guide every step we take. Do not let wealth or material gain sway your courage or compromise your commitment. True strength lies in honor, duty, and the unbreakable bond you share with your people. Stand firm, act with purpose, and let your legacy illuminate the path for generations to come.

We must keep our displaced brothers and sisters at the very heart of our prayers and advocacy. They

endure conditions so inhumane that life itself has become a living hell. Their suffering is not

distant—it is a wound to our collective soul. In this new year, we must transform our moral duty into action: to speak, act, and fight for them.
